Remember to check the text/photo/logo to be engraved. We cannot make changes once production has started.

Dinnerware and Kitchenware:

• Hand Wash Recommended: To prolong the life and appearance of bamboo products, hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid soaking for extended periods.
  
• Avoid Dishwasher and Microwave: Bamboo products are not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use as extreme temperatures and moisture can damage them.
  
• Dry Thoroughly: After washing, dry bamboo products immediately with a soft cloth to prevent moisture absorption and potential warping.

Metro Manila:

• In-house delivery
• Pick-up at Quezon City office (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM)
• Use your own courier (provide rider details)

Outside Metro Manila:

• Shipped via J&T Express every Friday

International Orders:

• Handled by XPost
