  1. Purchase Php 1,000 worth of Funk Trunk Items single or accumulated receipt from May 15, 2018 to August 15, 2018 to join the raffle promo.

          Every Php 1,000 purchase = 1 Raffle Stub (Php 999 purchases will be                  considered)

 

  1. Customers shall write their Name, Address, Contact Number, Email Address and Affix Signature on the raffle stub/s. Once completed, customers will drop the raffle stub/s in drop box located at the store counter/ Cashier.

 

  1. Deadline of submission of entries is on August 15, 2018 at 9:00 PM.

 

  1. Raffle draw will be on August 27, 2018 at 4:00 PM. Venue will be at the Funk Trunk Philippines Head office at # 5 Dalsol Street, GSIS Village, Sangandaan, Project 8, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI Representative.

 

  1. Winner gets roundtrip Airfare tickets to Siargao for one year validity from price redemption. Tickets for 2 persons, Economy Class. Tax will be shouldered by Funk Trunk Philippines.

         NOTE: Accommodations, meals, and tours are not shouldered by Funk               Trunk Philippines.

 

  1. Winner will be notified through Registered Mail, Phone Call, and E-mail.

 

  1. Name of winner will be posted in Funk Trunk Philippines Website, Facebook Page, and Instagram page.

 

  1. Winner may claim his/her prize within 60 days from receipt of registered notice.

 

  1. To claim the prize, winner must present his/ her Valid ID, Notification Letter, and Claim Stub.

 

  1. Prize may be claimed at Funk Trunk Philippines head office at #5 Dalsol Street, GSIS Village, Sangandaan, Project 8, Quezon City.

 

    11. Employees of Funk Trunk Philippines Inc. and other participating outlets              including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity                are disqualified from joining the promotion.
