For photos or logos, please send your file in .PNG format (min. 500px by 500px).

Remember to check the text/photo/logo to be engraved. We cannot make changes once production has started.

Sports Bottles, Tumblers, and Insulated Flasks:

• Hand Wash Only: Avoid dishwashers, as the high heat can damage insulation and exterior finishes.
• Use Mild Soap: Clean with warm water and mild dish soap to avoid harsh chemicals that could affect the taste of your drinks.
• Avoid Abrasive Scrubbers: Stick to soft sponges or cloths to prevent scratches on the surface.
• Let It Air Dry: After washing, leave your tumbler/flask open to air dry completely.
• No Microwaving: Metal tumblers and flasks should never be placed in a microwave.
• Keep It Upright: When not in use, store your tumbler upright to avoid spills and preserve the seal.

Metro Manila:

• In-house delivery
• Pick-up at Quezon City office (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM)
• Use your own courier (provide rider details)

Outside Metro Manila:

• Shipped via J&T Express every Friday

International Orders:

• Handled by XPost
