For photos or logos, please send your file in .PNG format (min. 500px by 500px).

Remember to check the text/photo/logo to be engraved. We cannot make changes once production has started.

• Keep Away From Heat: Avoid exposing products to direct sunlight or extreme heat, which can cause fading or warping.
• Clean Regularly: Clean regularly to prevent the build-up of dust, stains, or residues. Use a soft cloth or sponge and mild detergent for cleaning.

Metro Manila:

• In-house delivery
• Pick-up at Quezon City office (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM)
• Use your own courier (provide rider details)

Outside Metro Manila:

• Shipped via J&T Express every Friday

International Orders:

• Handled by XPost
