WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT
We offer a limited warranty on all our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com
What does the limited warranty on the watches mean?
Our limited warranty is valid for three (3) months from the date that the item is purchased, and all claims must be accompanied with relevant documents, photos and receipts. If the item has a material or manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion. Full details can be found on the warranty card included with each watch.
As we’ve stated under our General FAQ, we do our very best to deliver quality wooden products to you. Please try not to expose them to extreme conditions and/or force.
Do you have a replacement program?
We all know that wooden products are beautiful and great, especially when they’re responsibly-sourced and benefit the environment. That said, they also need a little extra care because, like other materials that are bad for the Earth, they can break upon impact. So we have what we call the Stay Funky Replacement Program.
If your item breaks within the six (6) month warranty period and the circumstances fall within the conditions, just send us a photo and we’ll give you the next product at a killer 50% discount.
What's your policy on returns?
For our beloved Philippine customers, because we want nothing but your happiness and satisfaction, you're free to return any item/s you order within the first seven (7) days but only if the item/s are in good condition. This can be done through our cash-on-delivery (COD) courier, LBCX. We reserve the right to refuse to refund a customer if the returned items are damaged and/or broken.
All international exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Exchange requests outside of these grace periods will not be accepted.
Please take note of these additional guidelines:
- We offer returns for store credit only. Shipping is non-refundable.
- All personalized products are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
- We do not offer refunds for non-defective products.
- All discounted items are final.
- All return items must be unused and undamaged with its original packaging.
- All returns are at the cost of the buyer. All returns that require new product to be posted for replacement will incur an additional charge to cover LBC(within Philippines) / DHL(International) delivery. We are NOT responsible for your postage costs. We also reserve the right to refuse a sale

Once we have received your merchandise, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is in unused condition with packaging. Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.
